With just one week until the Seed Celebration and Sustainable Community Fair, we’re envisioning sharing one delightful and nurturing day with you.

Here’s our list of event preparation activities for the week. Please find your niche and be part of the Seed Celebration Web!

Wheelchair accessibility Were creating a ramp this week to make both levels of Mole Hill Theatre wheelchair accessible.  We’re looking for the following raw construction materials:1 full sheet and 1 half sheet of 3/4″ thick rough-surfaced plywood, roughly (20) 4′ long 2x4s to make a 12′ long ramp and 3″decking screws.  If you have any of these materials lying around in your wood shop that you would like to donate, we’d be happy to make good use of them. Please give us a call so we can arrange to receive them by Wednesday morning, February 12th.  Builder, Jay Shanks, surveyed the theater entrance and gave us a well designed ramp enabling The Sustainability Project to honor it’s commitment to inclusion.
If you would like to join in, we’re have a ramp building party on Thursday or Friday depending on volunteer availability and weather. The more screw guns the better!

Our program flyer goes to print on Monday.  If you would like to be included as a tabler, advertiser, or soup maker, be sure to let us know by Sunday afternoon.

Volunteer sign up. If you would like to be a core volunteer for the day of the event, let us know ASAP. Thanks to The Mountain we have a beautiful T-Shirt with the Seed Celebration garden plate logo to help you stand out in the crowd as someone with answers.  Please call 603-209-7272 if you would like to volunteer.

Set-up at Mole Hill. Help create the Celebration space Friday evening from 5-9 pm. If we know you are coming, we’ll order enough pizza and salad for you to share in a meal.

Thank you for helping us make this year’s event memorable. Mark your calendars & bring your family and friends. You being there will make a difference.
