Please be aware that the deadline for submitting comments on DOE’s Request for Information concerning the “Process Rule” was, March 2, 2018. However, in light of the emergency closure of Federal offices today in the Washington, D.C. area, and the likely effect today’s weather conditions are having on others, DOE will accept comments submitted on Monday, March 5, 2018, as being timely submitted.
- DOE requests and will accept comments, data, and information in response to the Process Rule RFI until March 5, 2018.
- Interested persons are encouraged to submit comments using the Federal eRulemaking Portal at http://www.regulations.gov.
- Alternatively, interested persons may submit comments, identified by “Process Rule RFI” by Email (Regulatory.Review@hq.
doe.gov) or postal mail. - DOE welcomes written comments from the public on any subject within the scope of this document (including topics not raised in this request for information).
