Categories include:
– Best of the Best in Commercial Building Design & Construction Award Winners for: New construction (small buildings); New construction (large buildings); and Major renovations (gut rehab).
– Best of the Best in Vermont ENERGY STAR® Homes for: Single family detached homes under 2,000 ft; Single family detached homes 2,000 – 3,000 ft; Single family detached homes 3,000 ft +; Single family attached homes;
– Best of the Best in Home Performance with ENERGY STAR for: Retrofit under $5,000; Retrofit $5,000 – $15,000; and Retrofit over $15,000.
