Request for Proposals

to Create Thermal Energy & Process Fuel Statewide Information Clearinghouse

The Vermont Public Service Department (“Department”) issues a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for services necessary to create a statewide information clearinghouse (“Clearinghouse”) for thermal energy and process fuel (“TEPF”) programs in Vermont. The Clearinghouse shall consist of a webpage-based portal that enables access to Clearinghouse information. The Clearinghouse shall also include the development and distribution of Clearinghouse promotional materials.

All questions regarding this RFP should be directed in writing to the Department no later than the close of business on April 29, 2015. The target date for the Department to respond to questions in writing is by May 8, 2015. The Department’s responses to bidder questions will be provided at http://publicservice.vermont.gov/announcements/rfps.

Each proposal submission must include three hard copies with original signatures and one electronic copy (via email preferred). Both hard copies and electronic copies of proposals are due to the Department no later than May 29, 2015 at 4:00pm.
