Event: Solar Booming at Unprecedented Levels, Cities Ranked for Local Efforts

With policies to promote clean energy, such as the Clean Power Plan, under attack by polluters and their allies in Congress and in the courts, the nation’s cities are largely on the leading edge of the country’s solar power boom. A new report, Shining Cities 2016, ranks over 60 American cities, including Manchester, for cumulative and per capita installations of solar panels and highlights why cities should continue to be at the forefront of developing clean, renewable energy.
