We at Green Energy Times want to apologize for the fact that our website and connected email addresses were down for the period of January 11 to 21, and that our February issue is a week late getting to press.

We would like to suggest to our readers and advertisers that they profit from our unhappy experience by taking heed. It is a good idea to keep track of an organization as vital as a domain provider and the way it does business, which can be done by checking customer complaints on the internet. Had we been aware of the fact that 1 and 1 was the defendant in a class action suit brought by over 500 customers, we might have had the foresight to prevent disaster by going to another provider.
