Gov. Hochul Signs Climate Measures – Gov. Kathy Hochul signed three climate-related measures into law that will bolster the state’s building code when it comes to greenhouse gas emissions and place tighter energy efficiency standards on new household appliances, Gothamist reports. We Need to Make ‘Electrifying Everything’ Easier – Incentives and remodeling need to be more straightforward and equitable if we expect people to convert their homes away from fossil fuels.
