Simon Dennis is co-founder of a community homestead, the Center for Transformational Practice, located on two acres in White River Junction. The homestead includes 260 linear feet of permaculture hugel mounds, a free-for-the-picking orchard and berry patch, 7,000 square feet of annual garden and three labyrinths for walking meditation.
Ben Hewitt and his family homestead in northern Vermont. He has authored several books including The Nourishing Homestead.
Beth Perera is a certified Food for Life instructor for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, teaching the power of plant-based nutrition for human health and for the health and sustainability of our planet.
