Dear Friends and Family,
Please consider sponsoring me for $20 thru FirstGiving, a reputable website where each of the riders has their own webpage!
http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/CoryFrehsee/dots-ride.
I am once again excited to saddle up and ride 197 miles for this great cause at the school I attended and where all of my children have blossomed! We leave a week from today and will be biking over three days from Canada to Massachusetts from May 15th to 17th. Also known as Dots Ride ( www.dotsride.com) the annual bike-a-thon is the largest fundraiser for Keeler’s school, The Neighborhood Schoolhouse.
If you’d prefer you can of course also send a check to me or the school me or the school a check at PO Box 119, Brattleboro, Vermont 05302.
A little more about Dot’s Ride – The Annual NSH Bike-a-thon – and why it is so important to me:
This is our largest and most important fundraiser, so please help NSH continue to thrive by sponsoring me with whatever amount is comfortable for you. The Bike-A-Thon (or Dot’s Ride) is organized by Dot McDonald, who is also celebrating her 27th year of teaching at NSH! The money raised goes toward scholarships and special programs at the school, such as Environmental Education, which Keeler, Montana and Emerson love so much! It also helps ensure we have a diverse population at the school, something that has always been important to the vision of NSH.
I have been on the Board of Directors over the last two years, to support the school I love during a series of challenges that have led to some very positive change. We have hired a wonderful new principal teacher, the kids are thriving, and the school is energized.
Thank you so much for your consideration, please let me know if you have any questions and please excuse me if you don’t think you don’t think you should have received this email.
Best Regards,
Cory Frehsee
