Biomass Working in NH: Case Studies
September 11, 2013 – Noon to 1:00pm
Join the Local Energy Working Group for an informative webinar on biomass solutions for municipal and school heating.
- Charlie Niebling, Innovative Natural Resource Solutions, will provide an straight-forward assessment of the potential that wood pellet and wood chip heating systems offers to New Hampshire communities, as well as the costs and efficiency of biomass systems and the ease of maintenance. Is it possible for our forests to provide for the heating needs of the state? Charlie will address the sustainability of wood as a replacement for traditional heating choices.
- Rodney Bartlett, Peterborough’s Public Works Director will share case studies from their multiple municipal biomass projects.
- And Jim Lucy of Honeywell will speak to how municipalities and schools might fund such projects in this time of limited grant funding.
REGISTER TODAY. Space is Limited.

Where can I find the slides for yesterday’s webinar which was posted in the afternoon?
Is there a list of preferred vendors for commercial/muni/church like pellet installations?
Thanks in advance.

Good Questions – I will look into them. Meanwhile, if anyone else knows the answers, please chime in.

We prefer Froling Energy in Peterborough!! There are very few firms in the US that have comparable experience in the commercial/muni/church marketplace!
Mr. Byk,
Slides can be found here: http://www.nhenergy.org/past-les-trainings-recordings.html
I am not aware of a preferred vendors list for the applications you inquired about. There are a handful of companies involved with commercial/muni/church like pellet installations. Ours is among them. http://www.pelletboiler.com
