VT Yankee Lawsuit to Be Debated Today 6/27 at VLS

SOUTH ROYALTON, VT –– Following last week’s hearing in U.S. District Court, Vermont Law School experts will gather at 4:30 p.m., today in the Chase Center to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of Entergy’s and Vermont’s arguments, the case’s environmental, constitutional and political implications and who is likely to prevail in the legal showdown over the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant.

The forum is free and open to the public.
