Vermont Yankee Hearing: VT Law School Experts Examine Opening Round in Fed-State Showdown

SOUTH ROYALTON, VT –– Vermont Law School professors Pat Parenteau and Don Kreis weighed in today on the preliminary injunction hearing in the federal lawsuit over the controversial Vermont Yankee nuclear plant.
