Putney Project: DIY Energy Saving Window Inserts

The Energy Committee for the town of Putney, VT has been hosting training programs and other events to help their community save energy. Recently, they sponsored a workshop to train people to build their own wood-framed energy saving window inserts, which are, essentially, interior storm windows that can be reused year after year to reduce heat loss through your windows.
