The Wholesome Foods Breakfast at the Gilsum Rock Swap
Saturday and Sunday June 25th and 26th from 8am-12 pm.
The Sustainability Project hosts an unparalleled breakfast at the 47th Annual Gilsum Rock Swap and Mineral Show at the Gilsum Elementary School and Community Center 640 Rte 10, Gilsum about 8 miles north from Keene. The menu includes: Pancakes and French toast with local maple syrup, bagels, fruit parfaits, sausage, bacon, fair trade coffee, and tea–all made from mostly organic ingredients generously donated by local farmers, bakers and businesses.
Enjoy good company, a healthy cuisine and live music; learn about local efforts to encourage a healthy consciousness for earth-friendly eating!
Suggested donation for a full breakfast is $8 for an adult portion and $3 for a child portion. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
